Duties and Fees
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
Balisarda Jewelry works with TNT, which are well-established shipping providers and we place our faith and trust in them, however, we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping mistakes are rare, but we can only guarantee what is in our control.
For all the Balisarda Jewelry we offer a 30-day guarantee on all the bracelets purchased at www.balisarda.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, we accept Balisarda Jewelry with the original tags attached, and there is a restocking fee of €20 per order. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note that, because we sell custom made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the 30-day guarantee!
We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. The bracelet should be returned in “as-new” condition, with the original tag, together with the original unaltered box. Please send an email to email@example.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.
International Orders, meaning outside Europe, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees).
TAKING CARE OF YOUR BRACELET
At Balisarda Jewelry, we pride ourselves on the quality of our materials and craftsmanship of our jewelry. With the correct care, our jewelry can be passed from one generation to the next. Below we have outlined a few pointers to allow you to best care for your bracelets:
Clean your bracelet with a soft cotton cloth, at most a damp cloth can be used on the stones. Avoid cleaning materials on stones or metals. For long shiny surface of the metal use the cotton cloth in a straight motion.
Use first cosmetics, perfume, hairspray and other chemical substances that can be corrosive and last put your bracelet on
Use the box/pouch we provide when you don’t wear the bracelet
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF THE BRACELET?

When your custom-made bracelet is ready for shipment, we will send you an email with the track and trace code. If you didn't receive a track and trace code, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can track your order for you and give you all the details regarding its status.
I WOULD NEED TO RESIZE MY BRACELET.
If the ordered bracelet not fits your wrist we would love to resize it for you. Please send an email to email@example.com for proper assistance on this matter. We will guide you with the steps to follow!
How will my Balisarda Jewelry purchases be packed?

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
Yes, please make a note under “personalized Instructions” before checking out.
Only purchase a Bracelet Resize after contacting us about your situation. Make sure you specify the current wrist size your bracelet has been made for and then the new wrist size your bracelet needs to be made for €20.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST
Don't have a measuring tape? Use a piece of string to measure your wrist and lay the string back out on a ruler to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
When order your custom-made bracelet, please specify the exact number on the measuring tape, this will make your bracelets fit you nicely. Also specify if you prefer your bracelet a little looser or tighter.
